Brown & Blue Research and Training Presents:

in Policing

ONLINE -- 120 minutes

Nationally many professions including law enforcement have undertaken to protect against implicit bias and racial discrimination in policing. This is a course built to present officers with the basic information regarding the generalizations that sometimes arise between individual police officers and the public, and can undermine productive relationships between law enforcement and those its serves.

This is an ONLINE course that can be used remotely over a one year period as time allows officers to complete the training.  Once the officer has completed the training, he or she will receive a certificate of completion for training record keeping purposes.
